The approach

The website is only the first step. The real work starts after someone fills in the form. We map how that work happens today, find the step that slows it down, and build only what makes it clearer, faster or more reliable.

Pricing

Prices on the page, not behind a sales call.

These are starting prices. Before you commit to anything, you get a written proposal with the exact number, what's included and what isn't.

  1. Workflow Review

    from$250

We map one process with you, find where it gets stuck, and decide what's actually worth automating.

Good first step if you're not sure what you need.
  2. Quick Build

    from$750

One focused automation, dashboard, form, integration or internal tool, aimed at one clear problem.

  3. Website + Automation

    from$1,500

A custom business website wired to what happens next: lead capture, routing, follow-up, booking.

  4. System Build

    from$2,000

A multi-step workflow connecting leads, follow-ups, data, reporting and team actions.

  5. Ongoing Support

    from$199/mo

Maintenance, monitoring and small improvements after launch. Optional, never a condition of the build.

Third-party software, hosting and usage fees are separate unless your proposal includes them. Prices shown in USD.

How it works

No surprises. Everything in writing.

  1. You send a short message

Describe one thing that's slowing you down. Plain language is fine; no technical detail needed.

  2. We map how the work happens today

Where requests come in, who touches them, where they stall. Sometimes the fix is a better form, not new software.

  3. You get a written proposal

Scope, price, timeline, payment terms and ownership, agreed in writing before any work starts.

  4. We build it, test it with you, hand it over

Your team learns how it works before launch. Ongoing support is there if you want it.

About

Small on purpose.

NikoStudios is an independent studio run by Niko. The person who reads your first message is the one who maps the process, designs the screens and writes the code.

Nothing gets lost in a handoff, because there isn't one. The approach is simple: understand how the work happens today, then build only what makes it clearer, faster or more reliable. If the tools you already use still do the job, they stay.

FAQ

What owners ask first.

Something else on your mind? Email [email protected]

How much does a project cost?

Every service shows a starting price. Before any work starts you get a written proposal with the exact price. Third-party software, hosting and usage fees are separate unless the proposal includes them.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope. A focused Quick Build is much shorter than a multi-step System Build. The timeline is in your proposal before you commit.

Do I own what you build?

Ownership and licensing are written into every proposal, so you know exactly what you receive before you pay.

Will it work with the tools I already use?

We start from what you have: email, calendars, spreadsheets, booking or CRM software. Something new only gets recommended when it clearly helps.

What happens after launch?

You get a handover so your team knows how to use the system. Ongoing Support is available for maintenance and improvements, starting at $199/mo.

Do you work with businesses outside the U.S.?

Yes. NikoStudios works remotely with businesses in the U.S. and Europe.
