If you submit the contact form or email NikoStudios, we may process your name, business name, email address, message, and any information you voluntarily include.
Technical information
The website and hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, requested URL, and security or diagnostic data.
Language preference
When you choose a website language, the site stores the key nikostudios-language in your browser's local storage so your preference can be remembered.
3. Why we use information

The current site uses Cloudflare Pages for website hosting and infrastructure, and Resend to transmit contact-form messages by email. These providers may process data according to their own service and data-protection terms when acting for NikoStudios.
Information may also be disclosed where necessary to professional advisers, authorities, or other recipients when required by law, to protect legal rights, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Some service providers may process information outside the country where you are located. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, the applicable provider and legal arrangements are used to support those transfers.

Inquiry and project correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for communication, project evaluation, contractual records, tax or accounting obligations, security, dispute handling, and other legitimate business or legal needs. Retention periods therefore depend on the nature of the communication and whether a client relationship follows.
The language preference remains in your browser until you clear site data, remove it manually, or the site changes how preferences are stored.
