Scattered inquiries
Customer details arrive through different channels and are easy to lose or duplicate.
CASE STUDY 01 / LEADFLOW
LeadFlow is a NikoStudios portfolio concept for service businesses: a customer inquiry becomes a trackable lead, a clear quote, a scheduled follow-up and a booked job without relying on memory or scattered tools.
THE CHALLENGE
A service business can receive inquiries from a website, phone, Facebook, referrals and Google while still tracking the next action from memory. The problem is not always a lack of software. It is often a lack of one clear operating flow.
LeadFlow was designed around that operational gap. Instead of building a generic CRM with every possible feature, the concept focuses on the small set of actions that move a local-service lead toward revenue.
Customer details arrive through different channels and are easy to lose or duplicate.
A quote can sit untouched because nobody owns the next contact date.
The owner cannot quickly see what is new, quoted, booked, overdue or worth attention.
THE SYSTEM
The demo deliberately shows both sides of the experience. A customer completes an estimate request, then that same request appears in the operations workspace where it can be quoted, followed up, booked and completed.
The result is a product story that demonstrates how front-end customer experience and back-end business operations can be designed together.
Structured request captures service, property and contact details.
Opportunity enters a searchable pipeline with source and value.
Line-item estimate is created and the next follow-up is scheduled.
Accepted work moves into the booked stage with a clear status.
Completion, review request and analytics close the loop.
WHAT WAS BUILT
LeadFlow is interactive rather than a static mockup. The public demo stores demo data locally in the visitor's browser, which makes the workflow testable without exposing real NikoStudios prospect or client data.
Multi-step request flow for service, property details and contact information.
Search, filters, stages, values, follow-up dates and detailed customer records.
Editable line items update opportunity value and schedule the next action.
Due actions surface automatically and context-aware customer messages can be prepared.
Confirmation, quote follow-up, appointment reminder and review-request rules demonstrate the automation layer.
Pipeline value, lead sources, stage performance and service mix show what the owner needs to act on.
PRODUCT THINKING
A small business does not benefit from software complexity for its own sake. The concept therefore keeps the operating model visible: every screen should help answer who needs attention, what happens next, and what is the opportunity worth?
The public demo is also intentionally isolated from NikoStudios' real CRM. Real sales data lives privately; the demo uses browser-local sample data. That separation lets prospects explore the product without creating a security or privacy shortcut.
The core workflow can be adapted to cleaners, detailers, contractors, landscapers, salons and other appointment or quote-driven service businesses.
A real client version would begin with the existing workflow and tools, then add only the pieces that materially improve it.
Send the repetitive part. NikoStudios can start by deciding whether it is worth automating at all.
